This tutorial dataset can be downloaded from the WRFDA Users Page (http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wrfda/download/testdata.html), and will be described later in more detail. In your own work, however, you will have to create all these input files yourself. See the section Running Observation Preprocessor for creating your observation files.
